Do you work only locally or throughout the Netherlands?
Showroom in Koningsbosch, delivery and styling visits throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Travel expenses are calculated separately for styling advice. We always state the amount prior to a visit so that you won't be faced with any surprises.
What is the average delivery time for custom work?
Depending on the product: 2–6 weeks for engraving, textiles, or woodwork; 4–12 weeks for custom bronze sculptures. We always provide a realistic date in advance and keep you informed if anything changes.
Will I receive a quote in advance?
Yes, for everything over €100, you will receive a written quotation with clear prices, including any delivery costs. No hidden costs, no surprises at the end of the invoice.
Can I combine a service with products from the webshop?
Certainly. Many clients do this. Order via the webshop and get advice directly from me, and the processing will run smoothly. Would you prefer everything on a single invoice? Just let me know, and I will arrange it in one trip.
