How long does delivery take on average?
1–3 working days after dispatch via DHL or PostNL. For heavy packages and pallet shipments, the shipping method is adjusted based on weight and destination.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free of charge. Please indicate when ordering or via email that you will be picking up your order. We will send you a confirmation as soon as your order is ready at the showroom in Koningsbosch.
What if I am not home when the delivery is delivered?
How long does the refund take after a return?
As soon as your return is received and is in good condition, we will refund you within 3–5 business days via the same payment method.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany?
More is possible upon request. Email us your address and desired items, and you will receive a personalized quote including shipping costs.
